It would be too exhausting to do everything and be hungover. We explore the big bustling cities, then drive out for hours to the country to explore things like this!
These underwater caves are in a mountain range in central Vietnam and apparently have evolved since the Palaeozoic era, some 400 million years ago. It was kinda creepy yet thrilling.

Inside the caves, we'd get off the boat and wander around.
Me hanging out by some stalagmites...

On the boat into these caves, one of our guides was this sweet local girl from the village. She took pictures on her digital, printed them and sold them for 80 cents a piece after our ride. My aunts harrassed her to sing because the people in this region speak a whole different unique dialect of Vietnamese...and she sang this beautiful song that I couldn't really understand as we rowed through the darkness in the caves. It had something to do with love.
